HARDWARE SUPPORT

OSAM Document Solutions Technical Services Group is responsible for maintaining and servicing all multifunction devices (copiers), scanners, microscanners, printers and all Canon micrographic products purchased from OSAM by our valued customers. Members of the group are tested and certified by the individual manufacturers as to competencies and technical expertise in the repair of such products. 

OSAM’s extensive parts warehouse maintains levels of high mortality parts to guarantee priority service to our Maintenance Agreement customers and to minimize down-times. 

Our partners include Canon USA, Bell and Howell, Kodak, Fujitsu, and Inotec.
