OSAM services neither begin nor end when our customers make the decision to purchase from us. Long before a purchase, a member or members of our CDIA+ certified sales group engages in lengthy consultation regarding our customer’s current business environment and future expectations. During the consulting phase, our professional services group works hand-in-hand with sales to eliminate misunderstandings by determining technology feasibility, conversion services probability and our customer’s internal readiness for new technology. Upon the sale, installation or implementation is accomplished by OSAM Professional Services and Technical Services experts who together complete the project on time, according to the task and within the budgeted figures. 

Technical Services installs the hardware portion of a system while Professional Services implements the software, each group methodically documenting all phases to its completion. And, of course, our sales group is involved in all phases of the sale and post-sale cycle.
