The OnBase client provides a centralized point of user interaction with the OnBase system. Every stage of the content and process life cycle is accessible from a single Windows or Web-based interface. The OnBase Client presents a simple and intuitive GUI environment for the user to work efficiently and effectively. Client access options are delivered via a standard OnBase 32-bit Windows client GUI, via browser or embedded within existing core business applications.
Fast, consistent and secure access is provided to all content managed in the OnBase system. Managing data and executing processes is rapidly achieved without the requirement for intensive user orientation or changes to ongoing business operations. Multi-tiered storage and disk service models, industry-leading content storage platform integration and support for long-term legacy archives enable OnBase to embrace current technologies, providing a solution for present challenges and a framework for future progression.
OnBase is the only complete information management system engineered to treat image, COLD, application and workflow entities in the same way - as information objects.
