CONVERSION SERVICES  

In order to gain full value from your newly automated document management system or to prepare for initiatives involving the implementation of EDMS, conversion of existing documents is an integral step in the process. Therefore, to strengthen OSAM’s position in the electronic document management industry, in 2005 OSAM established its conversion services bureau for converting paper files to electronic form. Located in the corporate office in Phoenix, our service bureau takes up 2,000 square feet of space in the portion of OSAM that originally was approved by the State of Arizona as a vault for the storage of microfilm/fiche—a safe haven for our customer’s documents during the conversion process. OSAM’s state-of-the-art hardware and software and experienced personnel combine to ensure prompt and accurate reproduction of our customer’s documents to electronic form.

Also available with Conversion Services is OnBase Online. OnBase Online is a hosted content management solution from Hyland Software, the developers of OnBase®. OnBase is enterprise content management software that combines integrated document management, business process management and records management in a single, web-enabled application.
