Hardware Support

Members of our Technical support, Software Support and Hardware Groups are responsible for responding to our customers and resolving issues promptly and professionally while utilizing all resources available to OSAM. Our Hardware Support staff is trained and certified to service our customers post-installation through phone and onsite assistance.

Scanner Support

Our Authorized Certified Technician provides twice yearly preventative maintenance and reparative services of document scanners and microfiche reader-printers. With 25 years of experience, and certifications from every major hardware vendor, including ScanPro 2000 certification, your hardware issues will be addressed within one to two business days, dependent upon location.
