workshops for our OnBase Users that are held at the OSAM Corporate Headquarters
Training Facility.
All record management services workshops are
scheduled between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Deadline to sign up for all workshops are 6

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS:
This class is offered as both an end user and technical introduction to the OnBase Unity Client. The class will provide a detailed overview of the features and functionality available within the Unity Client, including common usage. In addition, the class will provide an overview of how to license, install and deploy the Unity Client across the organization.
In this course, OnBase Customers will learn how to create, modify, and administer an OnBase Workflow solution. The course provides an overview, as well as hands-on experience crafting Workflow solutions that meet business requirements. It also provides best practices on how to plan and expedite a workflow deployment, including when and how to engage OSAM.
When OnBase modules and functionality cannot provide the necessary functionality for a business solution, it is time to turn to the OnBase APIs and Exit Points. APIs and Exit Points provide the foundation for integrating OnBase with other applications. The use of these features opens your business application to a wide range of integration and customization possibilities. This class is provided to educate customers on the many benefits and usage of the various API methods available within the OnBase software suite.
Upgrades of enterprise software applications are risky. This risk can be reduced through testing and planning, but issues still sometimes occur when the upgrades are installed in production environments. These risks are expensive to address, and can delay or prevent necessary upgrades. This class will cover ways to mitigate these risks as well as utilities that can be used to assist with upgrades and migrations. Configuration Migration will be among the topics covered in this class.
