This Workshop is designed to assist in troubleshooting both the OnBase Thick Client and Web Client with an emphasis on different utilities for both. It includes an in-depth tutorial on the OnBase Diagnostics Console as well as other using third party utilities such as Process Monitor, Sequel Profiler, etc. to troubleshoot OnBase.

Details: This workshop is a comprehensive hands-on review of general OnBase configuration. It includes items such as Disk Groups, Document Type Groups, Document Types, folders, Keywords, Customer Queries, Scan Queues, Print Queues, User Names and Passwords, and User Groups and Rights. The class will cover configuring each of these items and an in-depth look at their uses within OnBase. The class concludes with a hands-on test of configuring an OnBase application by all class attendee. Cost is $250.00 per person
