Ron Thompson, Jr., following in his father’s footsteps, is dedicated to OSAM’s continued success. Starting with OSAM in 1996, he concentrated on the sales and implementation of electronic document management solutions as well as education in the administration of OSAM, Ron Jr. accepted the title and responsibilities of President/CEO in June 2004. An inspired visionary, Ron Jr. by then was already well known and called upon in the industry for his expert knowledge of content management software as well as his expertise in film-based products and systems.

Bob Dunn is the Vice President of Sales and Services for OSAM. He has been a part of the Document Management industry since 1990, serving in Sales and Management positions. Bob’s experience goes back to Computer Output Microfiche Processing and Source Document Microfilming services also providing system and service based solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. He is a long-standing member of AIIM International, and is a Certified Document Imaging Architect.

G. K. Lawson graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating in Organizational Communication and Business Administration. Since graduation he was worked for Bank of America in various positions while gaining Six Sigma methodology training. Since arriving at OSAM in July of 2005, G. K. has been named the Operations Manager and currently is responsible for overseeing the functions of the Accounting, Reception, Human Resources, Information Technology, Materials Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Asset Management, and Legal departments.

Ken Haney

Ken is the Materials Manager for OSAM. He has been with OSAM since July, 1995. Ken started in the supplies department and has worked in different areas at OSAM and has become very knowledgeable about the different aspects of the business. He is responsible for Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving and Invoicing.

In the course of a diverse career in all aspects of Document Conversion, Charles Wirt has proven to be a skilled manager and adroit trouble-shooter and turnaround expert.
He has worked with some of the most sophisticated and productive scanning and indexing systems available. Prior to joining OSAM, Charles developed an extensive knowledge of document management solutions.
